Summer is finally here in Boston (for this week at least) we've hit the 90's three times, and won't see a drop of rain until the weekend! YEAH!!! That's good news for us. For a few weeks there we thought we might have to trade our Subaru in for a row boat! Jordan and I have been enjoying the last few nights sitting out on our patio deck in our red beach chairs. (It sounds much more luxurious than it really us) but it is "our" deck none the less. If you sit in "just the right spot" you can block the view of our neighbors rotting swimming pool to the right, and if you can overlook the parking lot and cars jammed bumper to bumper along the street; we have a BEAUTIFUL view of the water from our own back deck!! It's very lovely. Hey- we'll take what we can get. Our wish is to one day own a big, beautiful, back porch deck where we'll have a giant barbeque grill and a hot tub. We'll sit out on our deck on a quite, beautiful, summer night and enjoy the scenery (preferably the mountains or the ocean.) But for now... our little backyard deck in Southie is quite nice!

Yeah we for sure want a big nice deck as well, Ben and I love sitting on porches. Lucky that your place now has one, even if its not what you dreamed!
