Last weekend I made my way to Wilmington, Delaware to run a half marathon called the Caesar Rodney. We'd never been to Delaware, so we thought it would be something fun. Plus, it was also a good warm up for the Boston Marathon... just FOUR WEEKS AWAY! We're especially excited for the marathon this year because both my parents are running AND my sister. So although no babies are being announced, it will still be an exciting year. The last marathon all four of us did together was my very first marathon in St. George Utah back in 2000!! We also can't wait to spend some time in our old stomping grounds. Happy running.
Bex thought it was really fun to watch all the runners and people. Jo said he talked to himself and smacked his lips the whole time... thanks for cheering for me little man!
These are some of my new running friends that I've met here in Philly. We signed up as a team and won third place!
